Smart Dials — Control for Climate and Beyond

The Challenge

A new interior generation needed tactile control dials driving climate and other vehicle functions through integrated displays — meeting automotive quality, cost, and timeline targets while industrialising from concept to series production.

Approach

I led development across the full lifecycle — from concept definition through display and control-logic integration, supplier coordination, and testing to the industrialisation required for series production.

Outcome
