The Challenge

A pool enclosure had to open and close on its own, outdoors, year-round — without mains wiring and without a service crew.

Approach

As project manager I led a team of designers and engineers and owned client communication. The project ran under strict scope and budget discipline from the start — taking the client's idea from working concept to a market-ready product.
